The samaritans
"Samaritans provides free, confidential emotional support to anyone struggling to cope, 24/7, by offering a non-judgemental listening ear and a human connection to help prevent suicide and support mental
wellbeing."

Guidance & growth
"Guidance and Growth is a community interest company whose aim is to support young to middle-aged men with their mental health.
They offer gardening in various locations around Nottingham and a woodwork workshop in Lenton.

IN Sam's Name - mental health support for men in nottingham
"In Sam’s Name is a talking and peer support group for men throughout Nottinghamshire who have either been through a challenging time or are currently going through issues that are affecting their mental health. The group holds meetings in Worksop, Retford, Ollerton, Mansfield and Kirkby in Ashfield and holds a monthly Walk & Talk in Worksop."

As someone who suffers with depression himself Tim Cox created Bottled Up Blokes to try and help men open up about their mental health, addictions and other life struggles on a safe, non judgemental platform."
